These are the original LED headlights for the new Kia EV6 2021-24 year

This is a complete headlight kit for the Kia EV6 (2021-2024 models). The part numbers represent the left and right sides: 92101CV100 Left Headlight (driver side for LHD) and 92102CV100 Right Headlight (passenger side for LHD).
