Headlights have been installed on Kia Niro EVs since the 2019–2022 model update facelift.

Part numbers 92101Q4000 and 92102Q4000 are headlights specifically designed for the all-electric Kia Niro EV (e-Niro) in the DE body style. The main features of the Q4000 series specification are intended exclusively for EV models. Unlike hybrid versions (Hybrid/PHEV), the e-Niro often features redesigned headlight internals to emphasize the "electric" style (for example, specific blue or light blue accents in the housing).

Light type: Halogen lensed optics (projector type). Despite the fact that this is an EV, these specific part numbers typically refer to base or mid-range trims, which use halogen rather than full LED. Daytime Running Lights (DRL): LED strips are integrated into the headlight. Compatible with 92101Q4000 (left headlight) and 92102Q4000 (right headlight). Fits 2019, 2020, 2021, and early 2022 models until the release of the new SG2 generation. Important note: The Q4000 series differs in design from the G5000/G5100/G5200 series (for hybrids). Although they may share similar mounting points, the interior trim and, in some cases, the connector configuration are tailored specifically to the Niro EV.

Important: They are not interchangeable with headlights from the pre-facelift (2016–2019) without replacing the bumper, grille, and associated fasteners, as they have a different lower edge geometry.

Part numbers 92101Q4200 and 92102Q4200 are Full LED headlights for the Kia Niro EV (e-Niro). These are the top-of-the-line optics for the EV version in the DE body (2019–2022). Key features include a full LED light source (low and high beams). The interior features distinctive LED units ("cubes"). As with other Niro EV parts, the trim may include elements specific to the electric vehicle (for example, bright blue accents or a special mask pattern). Applicability only to the Kia e-Niro / Niro EV: 92101Q4200 - left headlight and 92102Q4200 - right headlight.
